Etiquette - Parents and Students

Dear Mrs. Merrill,
Thank you for inviting me to the Charlotte's Web Manner's Workshop. At first I was scared I would make a mistake and everyone would laugh at me. I was having so much fun that I forgot about my fear. At the dinner table after class, I enjoyed showing my parents how to hold their silverware in the Continental Style and the American Zig Zag. I told my dad about not using a tooth pick at the table and he teased me and pretended to do it. Thank you for the wonderful etiquette class. Can't wait to go to the restaurant.

Dear Cynthia,

Jadyn reatty enjpyed all three of the Tea Parties. She loves getting dressed up and even likes the tea. She loves the costumes and stories and she seems to be absorbing a lot of the etiquette.

We are looking forward to the next session of parties.

She drew this picture. She says it is a new tent for Charlotte to live in. (Etiquette Tea party was Based on the book "Charlotte's Web".

Sincerely,

Leslie Corsaro

Dear Mrs. Merrill
I had so much fun at the last etiquette workshop we had. I was pretty surprised at how much I remembered! I liked the part when we practiced talking and shaking hands. I can't wait for the next class, and going to the restaurant. I would love to do more Etiquette classes. I can't wait until we meet again.

Your student,
Dejanelle (Age 10)

Dear Mrs. Merrill,
Our 4 year old son Nicholas attended your Mad Hatter's Tea Party on Saturday October 11. Nicholas learned so very much at your party and a thank you note will soon follow. Nicholas has now learned his home address and had all of us practice "stop, drop and roll". Thank you!

Best Regards,
Stacy Dovali

Dear Mrs. Merrill,

Thank you for another wonderful etiquette class. I enjoyed the "Charlotte's Web" theme for our lesson. I liked the way you reviewed the main characters with the class and discussed the good and not so good manners in the book.

I will now always pace my eating with the host and hostess of a dinner party, so I will not be the first one done eating my dinner.

Sincerely,

Kara Nist

Dear Mrs. Merrill,

I enjoyed the etiquette class. I enjoyed learning the American Zig Zag way to hold my silverware.

Now I will be able to impress my grandparents. I also enjoyed  learning how to pass a pitcher  correctly. I am looking forward to the next etiquette workshop at the restaurant.

Sincerely,

Kevin Wiseman

I really liked the etiquette class last Saturday because of how you taught me all I should do when I meet or greet somebody.
